You failed to take into account how close the assailant was to the victim, and you now are making the assumption the wound would not be fatal, and a Officer has the right to fire if the weapon brandished is about to cause death or serious harm.

Do not engage idiots,they know everything and will prove it to their own demise. I would have fired on that chimp too. Its nice to arrive home everyday in better condition than I left. FWIW I would have only sent two rounds and let them soak.Gravity already had her after the first round hit right of center mass
