The linked autopsy report resides within the official Hennepin County domain.

The opening header of the document lists Floyd’s death May 25, 2020 at 9:25PM.

We have been told he died in the street, at Chauvin’s hands, in the afternoon.

On page two of the report, section VI, toxicology results cite blood drawn antemortem, at 9:00PM, and Urine drawn postmortem. Antemortem = before death.

Is this news to anyone but me?

Time is death is a legal matter, and often doesn't match biological death. Different legal system deals with it slightly differently, but usually someone qualified needs to inspect the body before declaring a time of death.

This is true. A representative of the state often makes the determination. An attending certified MD also often makes the determination, in which case the state defers to the attending to establish the official state TOD.

In this trial the state told the jury Floyd was killed in the street, in the afternoon, drawing his last breath under the knee of Chauvin.

They were told this repeatedly by the prosecution.

There is a disconnect between facts asserted by the state in the courtroom, and facts asserted by the state on the state official autopsy report.

That disconnect interests me.

Is that what was determined in court?

Aside from conviction, no facts were determined in court.

The prosecution claimed in court that Floyd died in the street under Chauvin’s knee.

They claimed this three times; Opening argument. Closing argument. Rebuttal.

Right. Prosecutors are trained to make shit up and ignore certain facts in order to make the defendant look guilty.

I wonder if the jury got to see the autopsy report.

I wonder if any of the jury members will ever dare to come forward and tell us that they voted guilty because of the MSM doxxing threat.

I wonder if the MSM will ever be charged for tampering with the jury.

Patriot , this is a great dig and thread. Lets hear the DA explain this to we the people.

The DA?

Well, he reports to the state AG, who has allegiance elsewhere. (pbs.twimg.com)

Patriot, everyone is accountable to someone, and that's why you run it up the chain of command. They can either abide by the law or be held accountable and charged for violating the law.

Well at least we have courts that look at evidence. After all the evidence of election fraud and voter fraud I thought our courts stopped looking at evidence.

lol

Def a silver lining.

In this world of hate it's getting hard to spot the silver linings. :)

If I were to guess I would say that he arrested on the street and then they continued to provide artificial resperation on him until they got to the hospital and declared him dead. It also could be that they were able to revive him temporarily in the ambulance but then he died again.

Evidence doesn't mean anything in clownworld.
