It is unlawful for vaccine passports to be required in the United States. This means college requirements for Covid vaccination is unlawful. This is also means it is unlawful for continental flights in the USA. I am told that Hawaii has made this a requirement. However, Hawaii cannot violate federal law. Their Covid vaccine mandate is unlawful. In addition, general vaccination requirements are null and void if you declare your State's religious belief exemption. Hospitals also fall under this law. Nurses, medical doctors, and staff that have refused the Covid injection and lost their job as a result have a very valid case for lawsuits. Here is the law for Emergency Authorization Use (EAU). Remember that ALL these Covid injections are categoprized as Not Approved by the FDA.

21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3(e)(1) - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies

(A) Required conditions: (ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed— (I) that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product; (II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and (III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.

It is illegal in the United States to make a vaccine for which there is a cure. HCQ, Vitamin D, zinc and Ivermectim all make any virus almost 100% curable. This is much better than a vaccine that kills maims and doesn't provide any immunization.

I'm agreeing with you here, but I am under the impression the word "cure" is owned and regulated by the FDA. Recently, I was surprised to see a commercial on television advertising a 'cure' for some skin condition (I believe).

Look, there are many, many cures. The list is very long. The countless stories of inventors like Royal Rife to the Dr. David Noakes all tell the same story about medical tyranny. Nature provides us the cures for all pathogens. Our immune system is taxed by petro-chemical toxins and deleterious radio transmissions and yet we still prevail. Look at the Amish for physical health and imagine what could be.

You may be right about the FDA owning the definition but I doubt it would hold up in an honest court. Definition: (MAKING WELL) the process of making a person healthy again, esp. by giving treatment, Ref: Cambridge Dictionary.

I think we all need to seek out dictionaries from the early 1900's. They are changing definitions all the time.

I think Veritas' James O'keefe has hit it on the head in an interview with Alex Jones. I'm not a fan of Alex Jones, but I am one for O'Keefe and Veritas. In the interview, O'keefe says patriots do not challenge the left or do they stick to their guns. Lawsuits need to be flying everywhere over this issue and any violations to religious exemptions for vaccination.

The other day I walked in to the DMV without a face mask. I never wear them. The gal at the front desk stated face masks were required. I responded by stating I have a 'medical condition'. Not another word was mentioned about it. She was actually following the EO guideline and knew its limitation. My son was so impressed by this he observed that the government is following the EO, while many businesses are not. These are the ones that I enjoy making them 'lawyer-up' after I take names and send them a 25+ page cease and desist letter. It's something I'd like to see every individual doing to cost these criminals dearly. Either they follow the law or perish. It's that simple.

The federal law stands and has superiority over State law. Whenever, the two are in conflict the former prevails. No school or daycare can make you take an experimental drug. No school or daycare can make you take a drug, period.
