I wouldn't go as far as saying that Trump was "meant to lose." However, I do believe that the potential for a Trump election loss [rigged election] was anticipated, and contingency plans were made in advance to lawfully deal with that possible outcome in a manner that would minimize collateral damage. Time will tell if that theory is correct, or not.
