Many of the photos show the individuals getting shots with needle covers on, empty syringes, or the needle is placed behind the arm. The needle placed behind the arm looks much more realistic in the photos. Or the person administering the shot has their hand placed in front of the syringe and needle and is simply pinching the flesh of the arm. Other than Ivanka saying she got the shot I'm not sure these pictures verify anything.
