No value to society. He should have been put down, if nothing else to the others that think about doing the same thing.
The point is, IF he has a mental disorder - be might not actually be able to think. (If he's just a fuck, then I won't argue what you're saying)
Are we also gonna start throwing old men in nursing homes in prison for pinching nurses asses when they get senile?
It's that kind of thinking that has gotten the country where it is. What are going to do? Rehab him for 30 years so he gets out at retirement age? If there is actual consequences for actions, society is fixed.
Bring back mental institutions and take the people out of society that shouldn't be there
We could take old dead rural towns and put them there. Peaceful. Not overstimulating with too many people. No vehicles so they can't get to other people to do harm.
They could live like in the old days - it'd be simpler and easier for them to handle.
But again I'm not talking about criminals. I'm talking about people who's brains don't operate right.
