The Americans got the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes COVID-19, despite getting two shots of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or the single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) told The Epoch Times via email.

Of the 5,800 fully vaccinated people who were confirmed as so-called breakthrough cases, nearly 400 required treatment at hospitals and 74 died.

A little over 40 percent of the infections were in people 60 years of age or older and 65 percent were female. The CDC declined to make a state-by-state breakdown available, though it has developed a national database where state health department investigators can enter, store, and manage data for cases in their jurisdiction.

The figures were for cases through April 13.

More than 78 million people have been fully vaccinated in the United States as of April 15. More at link

We had English common law for a millennia. People have been brain washed into accepting statute as the law of the land. Some people seem to be referring to their natural rights in opposition to the scamdemic authoritarianism. It is possible we can reclaim our natural rights but its going to be a struggle.

The US constitution is looking a little tattered lately. Is there any thing on the bill of rights left to infringe? Is is straight to abolition of amendments next?

You're right. The Constitution is being swept away. The only way to preserve it is to teach it and practice it. It's far worse than anyone can imagine. The only reason why the Constitution is still in tact is because of the 2nd Amendment and enough people believing it still exists, along with the military swearing an oath to defend it. The Constitution is the government and the military is sworn to defend it.

In legal schools they teach something called 'Positive Law' or it is referred to as 'Law positive'. Law Positive is contrary to Common Law. Common Law is based on Natural Law and is the basis of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States. Positive law is based on the evolution of court rulings influencing the governance of a society. It tends to base its ideology on the collective good of society instead of examining the individual and the inherent Rights of the individual. In fact, all the Law schools teach primarily Law Positive and teach Common Law as a mere mentioning of some ancient belief of the past. If this doesn't scare you, it should. And it should help explain all the fuxked up attorneys out there that seem to be from another universe.
