Anyone who tells you bitcoin is untraceable doesn't know how triple ledger accounting works.

I never stated it was untraceable, i stated I saw reports that Bitcoin was connected to child porn and trafficking in articles I have read where arrests went down..

Wasn't singling you out, I've just seen lots of comments, here and elsewhere, about it being 'dark money', which is true only up & until it goes from crypto to fiat.

Once that happens the whole chain can be linked to people.

Even mixers, where they shatter the payment amount and scatter it across exchanges, still fully traceable and ridiculously expensive given the price of transmission of those tiny chunks.

This, of course, is somewhat circumvented by cash exchanges, but even there, someone, somewhere will get sloppy and use a service and convert it, then the whole chain gets exposed.

And no doubt people have used it for nefarious things, but once they got wise to it's actual traceability, that movement went almost to zero. People on that front found newer, better, & less traceable currencies.

An example is Monero, which I hear is much harder to trace down, but to be honest I've not done a lot of research on it.

Patriot, did not take it that way, I understood, how else could they have tracked it. I just never invested and bought into it.

I just fund this warning, and had heard chatter from several sources, just wanted people to be aware and decide for themselves.

For me I invested in Gold and Silver. And reportedly we are going back to the gold standard.

I never got deep into Bitcoin as I had no stake in it.
