The US dollar is the primary currency for trafficking, CP etc. But the owners of the dollar don't want free market money that they can't print at will to use as a control mechanism. Also bitcoin transactions are traceable for the most part. But it is still outside the Rothschild banking cartel and the swift system. It can transact with it but it is parallel. Essentially debt free money, something closer to gold and silver but in a digital form. The Fed already took gold and silver, true money, out of the currency so of course they hate bitcoin. It allows for the near instant transfer of money cheaply and easily so the banks hate it.
There is a possibility it is a proof of concept as TPTB introduce their own digital currencies and point to bitcoin as a success while introducing a new form of digital fiat that they control. China are launching a CDBC right now.

Except bitcoin has zero intrinsic value. You can't eat it, smoke it, live in it, drive it, or hang it on your wall. It is nothing but a series of ones and zeros, and at some point it will simply go out of existence, and a bunch of people who thought they were rich will have nothing.
