How anyone in Texas continues to support Abbott is beyond me. We keep thumping our chests about being Texas, as if we don’t have to fight to keep it, and missing that there is complete and utter cowardice and weakness coming from the governor, and chaos in our state. He has continued to allow businesses to deny entrance to people who are unmasked. The only reason he stopped arrests of maskless people in public last year was because of a statewide and national outrage after two or three stories that went viral of people being arrested and businesses being forced closed. He doesn’t do the right thing unless he’s forced to. He is garbage. Garbage. A coward and a pile of garbage.
