I was stunned when Durham announced he was going to destroy all the documents accumulated during the investigation of how Operation Hurricane began. There are so many documents, testimonies, texts, emails that show how is came about. Is something else going on? Who got to him and is blackmailing him? I hope somebody who's been involved in this has copies of everything.

This actually makes sense. IMO, since Durham is a federal prosecutor, he would have to know that destruction of evidence is a crime unto itself. If he's handing (or already handed???) everything over to the military, then what he has would be useless in a civilian court.

Patriot, Thank you, but I give God all the credit for allowing me to see things. But think about this, who all was involved in Treason and or Sedition. And the FBI even committed fraud a Felony on the FISA Courts, That Warrant was void from the beginning, and yet they still used evidence obtained by fraud to go after Gen Flynn, In a normal court all the evidence obtained but fraud would not be allowed to be used at Trial.

Then ask this, we have seen the fraud in the State Courts and Federal Courts to include SCOTUS. So then add that we have seen the corruption in all three Branches of Govt . Now Military Tribunals can only happen if the Federal Courts are not functioning , If the Courts are Corrupt then the Courts are no longer normally functioning, This then justifies the use of Military Tribunals. This all had to play out to expose all the corruption.

I don’t generally use one fantasy conspiracy to explain the failure of another fantasy conspiracy.

But I completely get it because that’s sure how it looks. If results matter. The results are that the “good guys” were either in on it or massive colossal failures.

Those are the only two options unless you are delusional enough to continue to believe that the results are still coming, that they are on their way, if you are one of the sad pathetic people that still think the military is going to put people on trial.

It is the people who say that, that are the same people who have wrong repeatedly for the last four years about nearly everything. Q told them all "don't worry we have a Plan and when the timing is right we will act". Only, the timing was never right (??) and nobody executed the Plan. News to me. I know there is a default destruct date which is not set by Durham.

I know Judicial Watch is seeking to have the documents preserved by Durham request or other means.

I am not aware of any announcement by Durham regarding destruction of these documents.

That article reflects my understanding. Note the details highlighted in both:

  • existing default deadline for destruction, not set by Durham.
  • formal request for Durham to preserve.

And most important: No announcement from Durham he is going to destroy.
