Out of work CIA agents typically turn to writing fan fiction type adventure stories. Few have any real writing skills. Most base their stories on their imaginations, seeing it as an opportunity to play out the operations they never got to engage in but always wanted to. Most of them spent their time on the job doing the boring tasks, hoping that one day they would be promoted to something better.
