If used, it would dramatically drop the carbon emission well below what the best catalytic converters can achieve.

Except catalytic converters have NOTHING to do with carbon emissions.

Okay, educate me. I used 'carbon emissions' loosely. I should have used the term 'pollutants'. Nevertheless, I'm interested.
