I hope this provides the 'kick-in-the-ass' for a Federal prosecutor to charge the perpetrator with criminal charges. We'll have to wait and see though. At this point, it seems as though the '"insurrection" and "deadly riot" narrative is beginning to unravel, no?

Exactly Patriot , and what makes me suspect is what is causing the delay. And signs they are backing off quietly and fast are possible indicators they are aware. If they are aware then that makes me suspect it is complete also, just not being released.
