Patriot, I totally agree with you. And these points you made need to be a thread. There are those of us who still remember when the customer was king ,as they used to say. Not these days. And even their products went into the toilet, I remember toasters that seemed to last forever. Not anymore. They are so out of touch with customers I doubt even NASA can make contact with them.
