This statement itself is an absolute lie. These companies do NOT have "their fingers on the pulse of what's going on with their consumers and employees", because for one reason, their customer service sucks. Every year their customer service gets worse, not better. It's at the level of 'Idiocracy' shamefulness. Another reason, these companies do NOT have "their fingers on the pulse of what's going on with their consumers and employees" is because no one wants to wear face masks that they are unlawfully forcing their tyrannical policy on customers and employees alike. And finally, these companies do NOT have "their fingers on the pulse of what's going on with their consumers and employees" because their shameful politicization shows that they don't give a flying dung heap about half, if not the majority, of the American people, and are corporate tyrants and treat us like we are their slaves. Patriot, I totally agree with you. And these points you made need to be a thread. There are those of us who still remember when the customer was king ,as they used to say. Not these days. And even their products went into the toilet, I remember toasters that seemed to last forever. Not anymore. They are so out of touch with customers I doubt even NASA can make contact with them.
