Brother I noticed that. Yesterday I felt with where this is all going some inspiration would be needed. I remember the Lord is my Shepard being popular during the 60's. Stumbled on this song and Rev Bob Joyce, as I heard him sing I thought he did the best Elvis impression i have heard. But the have not listened to many. Just those During Elvis Conventions where you were able to catch a few that the news reported. But then I thought, if people can reflect to the past by his voice and song, they can remember life back then with more freedoms. And then take a better look at today. Music has the ability to sooth the savage beast, but it also has the ability to fire up the beast. Depends what you listen to to what results you will have after a song.
Oh yes well said LP music is the language of the soul especially Christen/American music song from the heart. That American trilogy by Elvis has alway been one of my favriots.
Brother loved his Gospel music, How great thou art is my Favorite along with Peace in the Valley. And then his Christmas songs. I feel bad for those who did not get a chance to see Elvis.
A true legend, I remember How great thou art in the mid sixties.
