I've run on folks with falls for years. Years. To even say how many have been knocked unconscious, i could count on one hand. These folks who say they fell and got knocked out, already i question that story. Note that they did not say they fainted first, then sustained the injury. Even folks who have been in a fight. Miniscule percentage.
