Curtis W. Freeman is research professor of theology and Baptist studies and director of the Baptist House of Studies. His research and teaching explores areas of Free Church theology.

OKAY. This is a very limited quote. I refuse to 'jump the gun' to condemn. What is the context in which he is talking about? How dare the OP post this without the entire context of what Dr. freeman is talking about.
