I don’t see anyone rushing to defend Gaetz any more than rushing to defend Hunter about his niece, Natalie.
I do see a much greater willingness to investigate and condemn Gaetz than Hunter. In fact, Hunter’s inability to attract media and DOJ attention regarding his Ukraine and China dealings is nothing short of mystical.
