Maybe, but not quite. This is most likely in response to the United States recently sending 350 tons of military equipment to Ukraine to the Odessa port. The Biden Administration wants to start the Ukrainian armed military conflict in full swing in the the Donbass regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. These areas consist of a majority being Russian population. This conflict would also involve the Crimea as well. The outright and repeated lies being told about Crimea is disgusting. Russia never invaded the Crimea. This is a deep state and CIA propaganda lie. I find it interesting that it is the Rothschilds banking interests are behind the color revolution of Ukraine and their attempts to start a war with Russia. This is the big distraction needed for the Great Financial Reset to occur. War has always been the excuse for the international Fractional Reserve Banking System to usurp more power over governments and economies. Expect this to be the real reason for the Ukraine military build up. However, it doesn't mean a war is going to happen. At this point, there is more positioning of troops, counter-moves, and saber-rattling at this point than anything else. Russia has done this several times before.

The truth is the Crimea belongs to Russia. The vast majority of Crimean people are Russian. The only time Crimea was transferred from the Russian people to the former Ukrainian S.S.R. was under Khrushchev in 1954 during the Soviet Union era. Otherwise the Crimea has never been under Ukrainian control. For 500 years its history has been Russian. The Crimean people were given great autonomy under the Khrushchev-inspired Ukrainian Constitution, in which the Ukrainian-born Khrushchev gave the disapproving Crimean people the right to secede from the Ukrainian S.S.R. if they chose. After the 1991 dissolution of the Soviet Union, in which Ukraine became an independent State, unsuccessful attempts were made to change the original Constitution that recognized the Crimean people as being autonomous. In 2014, after the Orange color revolution, EuroMaidan came to power and immediately threatened genocide of the Crimean Russian people. The new Kiev government imposed a new Constitution on the Crimean people without their representation or consent. It wiped away the autonomous rights the Crimeans enjoyed for over 70 years. With an increasingly hostile Kiev government, the Crimean people voted overwhelmingly to secede from Ukraine and become an independent nation. When the Ukrainian military started making plans for invasion of the Crimea, the Crimean people again voted overwhelmingly to be a part of the Russian Federation. This in effect returned the Crimea back to the pre-1954 Khrushchev era Russia. Accordingly, the Russian government approved the measure to return the Crimea back to the Russian government.
