The easiest way for lawmakers to shut this crap down is adding liability. The company accepts all liability for any side effects / complications of medical procedures/prophylactics/medications required by a company for employees or customers. This will stop the national chains from instituting it the those states. The more local/regional business which would just declare bankruptcy in response to the massive liability can easily be boycotted.

This would be a good law to have anyway. Properly worded, it would also apply to masks. Given the totally unregulated nature of the materials and manufacturing of most masks, I'm sure we're going to see a spike in lung cancer/asthma/emphysema in the coming decade.
