Still hiding behind the leaders of countries and using their armies to commit their crimes. Makes me think the fall of the Western Roman Empire was intentional. Keep the eastern empire going till the new Roman Catholic Empire could be established as a world power. Incredible how they took over Europe's Monarchs and became the king makers.
