An attorney for Dominion Voting Systems suggested over the weekend that the company may take legal action against former President Donald Trump for falsely claiming that it helped now-President Joe Biden win the 2020 election race.

Dominion attorney Stephen Shackelford made the suggestion during an interview with CNN host Brian Stelter about a defamation lawsuit the company filed last week against Fox News for pushing similar lies on its network.

“We have not ruled out any potential defendants who participated in this defamation campaign,” Schackelford said. More at link

Even more entertaining are the people shouting "discovery" as if Dominion hadn't thought of it. The same legal experts who though the kraken was to be released a few months ago now think dominion don't know about it

Even more entertaining than that are the folks assuming Powell and Wood haven’t gamed that out well in advance of making their ’discovery’ statements.

I believe Sydney Powell also has a lawsuit she’s dealing with. Think she said no reasonable people believes the votes were swapped. Almost like she’s retracting what she claimed. I know some people believe all this by is a “movie” but it a shit show. We were all had. NWO incoming
