Why is Biden choosing this smaller plane? I don’t know. Ask him. But it has one singular purpose, and it is to fly the president and other important officials on official business. It has been used by Trump, Clinton and Obama. It is the one that Biden prefers. He is the fourth president to have flown it, and while it was flown, and he was aboard, it was Air Force One.
