Yes, I look at this from many angles: rhetoric dosen't make sense, wind is unlikely the cause, the bizarre course the ship took, the kleptocracy agenda. When I unify all these factors, my conclusion is it wasn't an accident. Also, consider the Donald Cook incident (duckduckgo.com). Here, a huge ship was disabled by some technology. Here two ships nearly collide (duckduckgo.com). These were no accidents, in my opinion.
True, no accidents, but the Donald Cook was not disabled but considered the Russian fighter, a threat, due to not responding and proximity. This action by the Russian fighter could have easily started a war, if the Donald Cook engaged.
