Not only that, and you are probably aware of this, children glean much of their language skills from watching the mouths of the adults around them. Wearing masks is killing the verbal growth and pronunciation skills and language skills of many young elementary school students. It’s a shame what we are doing to our children. I’m glad my kids aren’t in public schools. They never will be. But many parents aren’t as fortunate. And here’s the real kicker, while we can say it’s “the parents fault” if they are too stupid to put their kids in private schools, or in co-ops, we have to remember that the kids are just that: kids. They are innocent children who have no say and no voice and do not get to make decisions for themselves and are too young and innocent to know what’s happening to them. Our precious children, look what has happened, this is unforgivable. I will never forgive Democrats or Donald Trump for the role they played in this.
