So they've filled up the ICE facilities beyond normal capacity, are using a hotel to house 1200 more, and now want to use facilities at two military bases for further housing.

FYI, military bases have daycare centers on site for the staff's families living on base, and they've been known to use the centers for targeting the children in pedophile rings. Maybe this is the intention.
