Fake as in no one died? Unknown. These people aren't against killing random people to get their agenda across
I would say that in this case no one really died.
I base this on the fact that the person who presented the on-the-scene video wasn't at all concerned about the well-being of the two friends he claimed were inside the store while the shooter was in there. Also, the guy he caught on camera standing in the doorway with his back to it while the event was unfolding inside seemed entirely unconcerned as well. Also, there didn't appear to be any blood on or around any of the three apparently stone dead 'victims' that could be seen in the video.
