My employee worked for the town, we watched it live so Personal communication. Nederland PD might be able to refer to a report for FOIA. It was in the B&F market parking lot.

You didn't really explain how you know the guy taking the video is involved in staging events. You just insinuated that somehow by you watching it live that means I should believe he is.
