I called silver low at 12 dollars/ounce. Made dough! But in reality its pretty irrelevant as long as things like comex twist real metal values.
To tell people this now and then wont fix it. To fine financial institutions some millions here and there for metal manipulation is like fining you a dime for parking in the handicap spot, you wont even notice the fine and keep parking as you please.

If you buy 70 kilos of silver at 12-15/ounce and half a year later those are at 26/ounce, how much money did you just make you poor, dense bastard?
As for waiting, how about you just recently started a few years back? Because you wait a whole lifetime for one opportunity doesnt mean everyone else does.
