Aiding and abetting is what they're trying to prove, not what they're guilty of.
Human trafficking makes more annually than weapons sales worldwide. Republicans are traditionally the recipients of the kickbacks from weapon sales, as they control the military industrial complex. Democrats control human trafficking for theirs. There's a lot of crossover, but that's how it basically breaks down.
The last 4 years, a lot of quotas were missed. Now that JOETUS is running things, they're trying to create as much confusion as they can to move as many perishables as they can before enough eyes get on the situation and shut it down.
Note that MSM is still downplaying it and pushing the WH response.
Patriot, this goes back to the briefings that were given to Congress in the past, as were the Fake news MSM who had no questions ? They are quite aware of what is going on.
Also notice the MSM are starting to slowly attack the administration, no courts dates for catch and release and complaining of lack of transparency ???
