Hey I've gotta give it to her. I went into a store with no mask and ((THEY)) lost it and called the cops. The cops came up to me and started there bullshit and I asked do you know about the ADA? The look said NO! Do you know about USCT 18/242? I said would you like to be in jail for 10 years? They looked at me (like what the FUCK are you talking about) I told them to call the city lawer and ask him what to do... They where gone in 5 minutes. You can OWN ALL of them with their own laws. You just need to know how. It's like asking a judge what type of court it is. They don't like that.. Because you then ask can you show me the contact?? They can't..

Please post a list of these laws that apply, thanks. We should print out copies of the relevant portions and carry them with us. Also, some of us don't have an attorney and can't afford one. I wonder what "law" they are arresting her under and also, she should sue the bank that had her arrested.

I sent you some information. Copy it and read it through. I had to send it in 4 parts. There isn't really much work to personalize this. Every State has similar laws. This is the only area that needs updating. For example, my State encodes the Statute (law) "Harassment" differently than other States might. The verbiage is similar and may vary somewhat, but the law is pretty much the same. The Federal laws apply to everyone. So, there are no updates required there.

I can't educate you. You need to educate yourself. Look up.. ADA. USC 18.241/ 242 Look up type of courts. Is it an Article 3 court or is it Article 1 court? If it's Article 1 show me the contact! I can't educate you I can only show you where to look for the information.

If you’re incapable of educating someone else why should anyone listen to what you have to say? Anything that I’m knowledgeable on, I can educate someone else on it. That doesn’t mean they should not do their own research, but I can at least explain to them what I mean when I give them confusing information.

If they are new to the information, and I give a little of it to them, and they are confused by what it means, I can at least explain it and not be a complete cunt.

I just realized today that since I already had the virus and recovered, I have antibodies. Antibodies kill viruses better than anything, so I am a Virus Killing Machine. Sort of like a walking air filter, the more air I breathe, the cleaner it is for everyone else. If you want to be safe, just walk real close to me and the air will be cleaner! I can't wait to try this one next time I go to the store.

You are right. Don't say anything if you don't have to. Just show them the card Peggy Hall has developed. Personally, I avoid talking to the police simply because they are NOT a friend. They are a stranger, who work under a quota system. They are 'leaned-on' to bring money into the city coffers. This is why ticket, fines, and fees are a big revenue generating source for cities.

Personally, if I still got booted after providing the card, I wouldn't argue, but I would ask for the individual's contact information and his manager's contact information and the legal department. If I had to stand outside to get the information, I'd do that. Once I received that information, the fun starts. This is when they'll have to 'lawyer-up' and I'm costing them thousands of dollars to respond to my complaint letter and Cease-and-Desist Pre-suit letter. You never want the police involved. Avoid the police and avoid the Courts. Mediation and arbitration is how you want to burn money in through their pockets.

I have a real conflict when it comes to businesses. I firmly believe a business has a right to ask customers to jump up and down three times before they shop there if they want to, and I have the right to not shop there. Like not having to bake a cake for anyone if you don't want to. A bank is a little different, if she wanted to close out her account, they should have figured something out. Its her money. Having said that, I did sort of bully the local grocery store where I buy most of my groceries that if they made the masks mandatory I would never set foot in their store again and they changed their sign to "Masks recommended, but NOT mandatory". In Texas, the businesses were not required to do anything by the mandate, it was purely between the citizens and the law, so I had put up money for the fines but no one called the law.
