The United States Code explicitly limits the total number of generals that may be concurrently active to 231 for the Army, 62 for the Marine Corps, and 198 for the Air Force.
Anything beyond that I suppose is special act of congress. So what are you saying here? Who voted for him? Etc. Please explain.
In any event he's retired and has no authority or power on any serving or enlisted personnel in any legal or military capacity. You and I don't know that. Many of these 'retired' Generals are not really retired at all. Some of which have been given special assignments. Wearing the uniform is not always necessary. Did you know retired officers, especially of high rank can be called back into service at any time? There's more than you and I will ever know.
And again you're just throwing out stuff you 'wish were true', cause like you said you don't fcking know either, so quit defending these trust da plan jerk-offs ...
