Well, maybe it is that thing where one only sees what is around oneself (meaning me -- my false perspective). I only work for small to medium companies to avoid the corporate. So, I don't see many MBAs. I've never worked corporate in 26 years. Surprisingly, 90%+ of my coworkers have been White even though I am based in Philly.
I've worked for three startup / very small companies. Almost exclusively White.
