A Texas judge has sided with the city of Austin in Attorney General Ken Paxton’s (R) lawsuit over the city's mask mandate.

Judge Lora Livingston on Friday declined to grant the state a temporary injunction, according to NBC affiliate KXAN.

The ruling keeps the mandate in place for at least two more weeks and another hearing is set for March 26, KXAN reports. Livingston could change her ruling after hearing more arguments. More at link

About masks from OSHA. "what about breathing IN with an N95 mask, are you protected from the virus in the air standing next to the guy coughing? N95 masks filter 95% of inhaled particles down to 0.3 microns. The virus is 0.07-0.09 microns. Conclusion: an N95 mask will not filter the virus from the inhaled air."

exactly the same thing you said in your second to last paragraph that i have been very vocal about since last february.

all anyone with more than two brain cells has to do to knock the whole 'does a mask work' horseshit on its ass is two simple google searches

"Particle Size Comparison Chart" and "NIOSH manufacturing requirements" - N95 masks are not never were and never will be appropriate for 'stopping a virus' surgical masks are not designed to stop a virus. N95 is for an area contaminated with particles .3 microns and larger. Surgical masks are for a STERILE environment, and are not to be worn between patients.

BOTH of these do something else very well. Trap and grow bacteria. On the inside. That you spend hours breathing. Medical staff are not wearing them for that amount of time, they know what it leads to. Look up 'bacterial pneumonia'. You think its a coincidence the signs and symptoms of that are pretty fuckin close to what is 'covid'? Self fulfilling prophecy. Youre making the issue worse by wearing them. That is medical fact. Doctors know it. Government knows it. So why do it?

tl;dr unless youre wearing a full hazmat suit and are running around with your own decontamination crew just like they do in real life threatening viral outbreaks... you know. things like fuckin ebola, then fuck right off and shove your muzzle up your ass, you will not control me, and i will not be seen by whoever is watching all this as compliant or believing my tv. i will not do it 'just to get them off my back/shut them up' i wont 'get over it' you can fuck right off with the whole lot. i am not and have not ever been invovled with this fuckin circus.

thought i had actually managed to find my escape route but that may have just gone to shit in the last week or so so.... i dunno. gonna be an interesting april. im on holiday because i was meant to be travelling then moving interstate. i think that just blew up in my face.
