You do not get to make such a dramatic leap to conclude that Operation Warp Speed was evidence of Trump "knowing" the inefficacy and safety of said vaccine. That's absurd and desperate leap. That's like saying - If "X" gives "Y" permission to ride the bus instead of "Y" having to walk to a certain destination, but then on the way, the bus driver happens to run over a pedestrian. It is the bus driver who is liable, not "X'.
In the same sense, it is the not the gun that shoots and kills other people, but the shooter. This the same incoherent argument as you are projecting.... The 'gun-is-the-crime' is tribal Bolshevik rhetoric.
