I actually think the optics excuse was just more of the cover for not coming through. Its pretty obvious by now that he IS one of them and they managed to play us yet again. One thing is true. States can sue, but we cannot trust the Supreme Court. At least many states passed laws to allow them to ignore unconstitutional EOs or passed laws...and to change the Constitution takes a 2/3rds vote, which they do not have.
This process of pulling the curtain back must happen quickly.
