Getting on welfare in Minnesota was perhaps the most effortless place in all the United States. During the 1990s, imports of Somalis started to flood Minnesota and now the gangs are protected and operate freely. Being jobless and having too much time on your hands is a bad combination. Minneapolis has become Little Mogadishu and now no one wants to live there. How does the saying go? It takes months to build a beautiful house, but only a few minutes to burn it all down.
