This guy has spent decades doing nothing more than making a big noise while lining his own pockets. He knows damn well he doesn't have a chance in hell here but he fools the rubes into thinking that there's still a chance and it's not over yet while giving him something to feed those same people every day on his show till IT runs its course and he just moves on to the next thing.
