Also. Being in military aviation myself as a avionics tech. I can say that there are air to air training in fl and air to ground d training in Nv. Squadrons are often operating in these areas anyways. I’m sure air force has their own air operations as well. But to try to draw conclusions other than. Normal Operating procedure is pure speculation to me.
