I remember when Hussein was still in office, A French Billionaire offered a deal that would have given Assad chump change for the pipeline deal in Syria . Assad declined and snubbed that French Billionaire, and since they could not get Assad to go along, shortly after Syria was attacked. I wonder if this is the same French Billionaire.
