Point of clarification -- nobody banned these books. The Seuss estate, who owns the rights, has chosen to stop publishing them. There's no freedom of speech violation here.
It's an important nuance to remember when fighting against the woke mob. It's a culture battle, not a legal one.
All schools have banned the discussion of the book. Libraries have pulled the books. Ebay is delisting books offered. In Nazi Germany they did not at first stop printing books, but started with burning the books. Now we are here - Fahrenheit 451.
I'm not disagreeing with you that those are all very bad things, and should be fought against in various ways, but they are not government-mandated. Perhaps you can force a lawsuit through on some of them, but it won't be based on the first amendment.
