I never heard Charlie say it, but I heard Simon. He didn't say he had an official conversion with Q. It was more like he spoke to the guy who in his line of work happens to be on the Q team.
You people seem to believe that "no outside comms" means that people on the Q team are not real people who have lives. Do you really think that if Q's wife asks him a question like "honey, have you seen my slippers?" that Q screams "What the fuck do you not understand about no outside comms!!!?"
Of course the Q team is real people, who have actual real lives and yes, they do actually talk to other people as much as anybody does. And yes, there are people who can honestly say they know Q and spoke to him (or her). Because "please pass the salt" is not a "comm."
Dude if you don't understand what no outside comms means then let me explain. It means Q whomever Q is will not talk to anyone outside the Q team about this operation PERIOD. Charlie and Simon are not part of the Q team so therefore they are considered outside the Q circle and will not receive any information from Q. And no Q would not tell his or her other spouse, friends about any of the intelligence. That's the way the intelligence community works. Zero leaks. Now I hope that clears up why Simon and Charlie are not telling the truth. Qs last drop was Dec 8 2020. That phase of the plan is over. Simon and Charlie said the talked to Q after this time period. These guys a frauds and Q also mentioned this type of thing would happen.
