I must say, I believe that the scenario put forth by the Falcon Wizard seems to make sense-- it connects a lot of dots. After the Noe-Woods interview with him last Fall, I bought the book authored by Congressman Weldon, who is probably the"bad" congressman they're talking about in this interview.
