Using a magnifying glass, I can see that it looks like a guard pacing back and forth on the front porch.

Well this is the first time I have seen ANYONE at the White House since Trump left Jan 20th! (Correction: first time I've seen signs of life at the White House since Jan 24th evening when children were escorted OUT of the White House. Then the White House went pitch black.)

Last night interior lights were seen in the White House for the first time.

Today people are seen.

Wonder what is going on?

5:33pm another car drove past the front porch, this time a black car.

Maybe it is the Secret Service arriving first to check out the WH before Trump arrives???

5:35pm The Black SUV with Dark Windows drove past the front porch again, this time departing out the circle drive way to the right.

5:47pm guard still there, grey SUV still there. But now Internal Lights on, at front door. <<<while I posted this, a Black SUV has now parked in the drive way in front of the house, and to the right, with car lights on, car & lights facing the street. At 5:57pm this black SUV's lights just went out.

5:50pm I now see another Black SUV parked to the LEFT of the White House, parked with car lights on, and car and lights facing the street.

5:52pm Front Porch Light went on. Its dusk and about to be dark soon.

5:53pm another Jumbo Jet flew right over the White House! I think the pilots might be doing this on purpose because it is so rare to be able to fly OVER the WH. Giving their passengers a treat.

6:00pm flood lights came on at the Fountain.

6:02pm Internal Light goes on on the Residence Floor! Top floor left of center.

Big parking lot to the left of the WH looks totally empty except for the one Black SUV that I mentioned above, sitting there with its front lights on.

6:12pm there is a 2nd car (black) in the parking lot to the left of WH sitting with its lights on too.

6:14pm Oh my gosh! Now I see quite a few Internal Lights go on in the West Wing where the Oval Office is! 6:16pm now some flood lights popped on, on the Roof Top where the Secret Service usually is posted. Lights are on the Left hand side of White House roof.

6:18 looks like the lights went on in the Kitchen on the 2nd floor Residency. Other lights have come on too, 2 more lights came on the 1st floor.

6:20pm someone came out of the front door of WH and walked briskly over to the parking lot to the left (where 2 cars are parked with their lights on). Guard still out front on porch pacing back and forth.

6:21pm The Flood Lights lighting up the front of the White House just came on.

6:25pm correction, no parking lot to the left of the building. That is the East Wing! With more lights on, it is clear this is the East Wing. So 2 lights are on in the East Wing, as well as several in the West Wing now.

6:39pm saw someone walk outside the front door and walk on the outside all across the West Wing corridor. Bushes in the say, so I couldn't see where he ended up.

Guard is still pacing on the front porch. West Wing corridor all light up internally, as well as the West Wing first floor offices lit up.

I'm getting Excited with anticipation! I have NOT seen this much activity at the White House in a long long time. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY UP! It appears to me that the Secret Service are there to open up the White House and probably to check it out.

6:46pm I saw 2 guys walking outside the West Wing corridor.

6:50pm Wow, I saw someone walk in the West Wing corridor headed to the White House. (you really need a good magnifying glass to see these details, and have the image up full screen.)

It just looks like the jets are that close. They fly down the river, then hang a right to land. With all the excitement in your "voice" you might have missed the cage at the entrance. Most of the time there are a few security and maintenance roaming around. The only time that I have seen the security on the roof is when the helo came in and very briefly a couple of other times. Dark is the norm except for the security office. But sometimes much of the bottom floor and the top right window are lit up for a while. Possibly regularly scheduled cleaning.

I've reviewed the above floor plans I haven't seen a mention of where they are.

I know they have to be there some place.

I always assumed the buildings on the roof of WH were dedicated to SS.

But I don't know, maybe they are in the FLOTUS's East Wing.

Definitely MORE activity tonight than I have seen in a long time. WH has been a ghost town, especially at night.
