...but any discussion of "3 year deltas" etc. is based on the presumption that three years ago someone would know what would be relevant today... you have to assume fortune telling magic to put any credence in these "x year delta posts.
Not fortune telling magic bro. Real and very high tech advancements we are not privy to. It would be naive to think that the Military and Secret Societies don't have things we just don't understand yet. It is possible, and should not be dismissed out of hand.
