GhostEzra has been saying they have been rescuing children from the tunnels beneath the White House and the Capitol Bldg, since Jan 20th, then destroying the DUMBs (deep underground military bases). I suspect unusual smoke is probably related to this effort.

That's not smoke. It's steam. It completely dissipates within 10ft of the manhole. This happens a lot in cities. GhostEzra is a victim of social media. He will say anything for attention and followers. I'm actually surprised he's not selling a book.
