Patriot, Fauci pushed a medication that was doing harm while treating HIV and bad mouthed the other that was having success, now forward to Covid 19 we see the same DS BS, I think they can make a case for Criminal Medical Negligence. And there is enough evidence we really do not care if he confesses. we will get the conviction without the confession.

My question is this: Is Dr. Anthony Fauci licensed to practice medicine?

I can't seem to verify it. Is there any one that can?

My gut tells me he is not licensed to practice medicine just like Deborah Birx is NOT a licensed Medical doctor. At minimal he is violating medical practice by telling a pregnant woman to take the Covid injection without following medical examination protocol. Did he ever ask her any questions concerning her health history? No.

For this reason, I believe Anthony Fauci could be charged with unauthorized practice of medicine.

All states including Washington DC require that anyone wishing to practice medicine as a physician must first obtain a state license to do so. Without such a license, anyone practicing medicine in the state commits a crime.

"A person practices medicine whenever he or she attempts to diagnose a patient, treat medical conditions, prescribe medications or treatments, or perform surgery..... The unauthorized practice of medicine also includes advertising your services as a physician, or holding yourself out to the public as a physician, doctor, surgeon, or someone licensed to practice medicine."

Any employer and employee assisting in enforcing such unlawful policies is also liable.

I seem to recall reading that he is not licensed. Not only did he prescribe drugs for us without an examination, he prescribed medical devices, aka masks.
