There must be something the citizens can do when the political class fails them. You can be dragged into court for virtually anything, but there is no way to sue a state official who was complicit in the steal or destroyed ballots? WTMFF!!

Probably cost 250k to 1 million or some insane shit. Class action would be the only way then you could raise the money the context could be Trump having the election stolen caused your vote to be watered down and then biden presidency is hurting your business and pocket book with terrible anti American pro communist policies

Class Action Attorneys do not work for free. They are even more expensive than attorneys who charge by the hour.

If you’re doing it alone you will fail. It’s horribly expensive on purpose. If every disenfranchised citizen were to do it together with a team of lawyers, it could work. United we stand, right? Would need a group of honest, trustworthy organizers; a committee. Start from there.

If you could find a string of circuit and district courts that weren't corrupt and moved the case forward, SCOTUS would still refuse to review it. Sydney had tons of evidence and didn't even get a reason from SCOTUS on why they wouldn't review it. The fraud exposed that government is corrupt in every branch (executive/the Feds, judicial, and legislative) and corrupt at every level (municipal, state, and federal). Trump wanted to clean the swamp but did not know how deep it ran.
